Product Detail

Part #: ENG - 2111 - BLU. This Subtle Solutions Radiator Shroud is a top - notch upgrade. When air hits the radiator, it usually gets divided and billows into the engine bay. But this shroud is ingeniously designed to direct air straight onto the radiator face, greatly boosting cooling efficiency. It's crafted from 304 stainless steel. First, it's CAD - designed, then CNC - pressed and laser - cut. After that, it gets a beautiful blue powder - coating, which offers great protection against rust and corrosion. Besides enhancing cooling, this shroud fills the gap between the radiator, AC condenser, and your vehicle's front clip. It gives you an extra spot to place your tools during maintenance, so you won't drop them into hard - to - reach areas. Note that you need to remove the yellow/orange hood prop clip to install the shroud. After installation, you can choose Subtle Solutions hood props or other aftermarket ones. If you have a larger aftermarket radiator, some trimming might be needed for a perfect fit.

Using this radiator shroud is simple. First, remove the yellow/orange hood prop clip. Then place the shroud in position between the radiator, AC condenser, and the front clip of your vehicle. Make sure it fits well. If you have a larger aftermarket radiator, you may need to do some trimming. After installation, you can choose to use Subtle Solutions hood props or other aftermarket ones. When it comes to maintenance, this shroud provides an extra place to put your tools. As for upkeep, keep it clean. The blue powder - coating protects it from rust and corrosion, but if you notice any scratches, it's a good idea to have them treated to prevent rust. Also, check the fit regularly to ensure it's still doing its job of directing air to the radiator effectively.
