Fitment: This Whiteline transmission mount insert is designed specifically for 2002 - 2021 Subaru WRX and 2004 - 2008 Forester XT models with manual transmissions. Features: Factory transmission mounts focus on comfort, and Subaru's ones with lots of voids are no different. By inserting Whiteline's low - compliance polymer insert, you can get rid of the slop in the rubber mounting. This reduces shift lag and gives you a crisp feel during gear changes and when you use the throttle. It fits into the voids of the original rear gearbox mount to ensure a positive gearbox location. Each insert is sold individually.

How to use: First, make sure your Subaru WRX (2002 - 2021) or Forester XT (2004 - 2008) has a manual transmission. Then, locate the original rear gearbox mount. Insert the Whiteline transmission mount insert into the voids of the original mount. Ensure it is properly seated for the best performance. Notes: This insert is only for manual transmission vehicles. Do not try to install it on automatic transmission models. Maintenance: There's not much maintenance required.
