It features a rigid 6 - pad race clutch disc paired with a popular Xtreme pressure plate. You'll experience moderate to heavy pedal effort, an aggressive engagement, and it can handle up to 654 ft/lbs of torque, making it ideal for race use only. The ACT Xtreme pressure plate uses an exclusive diaphragm design. It increases clamp load, reduces deflection, and maximizes clutch life. The diaphragms go through a four - stage heat - treating process for top - notch performance. The precision cover stampings ensure rigidity and consistency. The 6 - pad rigid race discs are made of high - quality ceramic friction materials. The heat - treated chrome - moly hub offers strength and durability. Its lightweight and rigid design enables quicker shifts and smooth service.
