This amazing service package is specially crafted for the engine's initial break - in period. It comes with 5 Quarts of MOTUL 10w40 / 3000 4T Break - In oil (6 Quarts are available as an option for high - capacity oil pans such as the Killer B KIT - OILCHANGE - 14), along with 1 Subaru oil filter. The kit includes (Qty: 5) Motul 1QT Classic BREAK - IN OIL 10W40 (Product Code: 108080), (Qty: 1) Subaru OEM Oil Filter (Product Code: 15208AA100), and (Qty: 1) Subaru OEM Crush Gasket (Product Code: 11126AA000). This package fits 2002 - 2014 WRX, 2004 - 2021 STI, 2005 - 2009 Legacy GT / Outback XT, and 2004 - 2008 Forester XT models.

To use this product, first make sure your car is on a flat surface and the engine is cool. Drain the old oil from your engine carefully. Then, replace the old oil filter with the Subaru OEM Oil Filter included in the kit. Don't forget to use the Subaru OEM Crush Gasket for a proper seal. Next, pour in the Motul Break - In oil. If you have a high - capacity oil pan like the Killer B KIT - OILCHANGE - 14, you can choose to use 6 quarts instead of 5. After that, start the engine and let it run for a few minutes to circulate the new oil. Check for any oil leaks. As for maintenance, it's a good idea to check the oil level regularly. Also, follow the regular service schedule recommended by Subaru. If you notice any strange noises or problems with the engine, stop using the car and have it checked by a professional.
