Using this ETS axle back exhaust is a breeze. First, gather all the included hardware. If you're doing the installation yourself, make sure you have the right tools. Remove the old exhaust carefully and then attach the new axle back exhaust to the stock 2 - bolt flange. Tighten all the connections properly. If you choose the option with mufflers, they'll help reduce the noise a bit. Without mufflers, you'll get a more aggressive sound. As for maintenance, regularly check the connections to ensure they're tight. Clean the stainless - steel piping with a mild cleaner to keep it looking good. Also, remember that this exhaust won't fit the 2019 - 2021 STI models, so make sure you've got the right fit for your car.
