These inserts are easy to paint and install, and come with a mounting template. The overhang hides rough edges from cutting. Instructions: Remove the protective film, paint the product, and install the grilles. Tape the template to the rear bumper, cut the inner outline, mark the area, remove the template, cut the hole, replace the template and cut it back to the outside line for alignment. Attach the vent with panel bonder or 3M. Note: There's a brace behind the bumper, so you can take it off or pull the side slightly if cutting on the vehicle.

To use these OLM S207 style rear bumper vent inserts, first take off the protective film and paint the product in the Crystal White color. After that, it's time to install the grilles. Tape the included template to your rear bumper. Cut along the inner outline marked on the template and mark this area with a marker. Then remove the template and cut the hole. Put the template back on and cut it back to the outside line, which will help you align the vent properly. Use panel bonder or 3M to attach the vent to the bumper, and repeat the process on the other side. Remember, there's a brace behind the bumper. If you're cutting while the bumper is on the vehicle, you can either take the bumper off or pull the side away from the vehicle a bit.
