Using this SMY fuel line kit is a great way to enhance your car's fueling system. First, it's best to have a professional install it for you. This ensures everything is set up correctly and safely. When you're handling the AN fittings, make sure to use AN tools. Regular tools can damage the fittings, so avoid using them. Start by hand - tightening all the fittings and mounting the hoses. Once everything is in place, you can fully tighten the fittings. After installation, custom tuning is required. This helps your car's engine work well with the new fuel line setup. The fuel pressure regulator should be installed on the driver side of the intake manifold using the provided bracket, which is made for the Aeromotive EFI 13136 Regulator. As for maintenance, keep an eye on the PVC-coated jacket of the fuel lines. If you notice any signs of wear or damage, it might be time to check the lines further. Also, check the fittings regularly to make sure they're still tight and not leaking. Remember, this kit is compatible with E85 fuel, so you can use it if your car supports that type of fuel. It also helps fix fuel stumble and hiccups, giving you a smoother driving experience.
