Using this Turbo XS Y - Pipe is easy. First, make sure your vehicle is a 2002 - 2005 Subaru WRX with a TD04 factory turbo and stock Top Mount Intercooler, as this part only fits these models. Then, remove the old, weak rubber factory hose and install this Y - pipe in its place. It's a direct replacement, so it should fit right in. When using, always keep in mind that it's designed to smooth the airflow in the intercooler system. For maintenance, regularly check the silicone pipe for any signs of wear or damage.
