Using your new Gold Anodized Trim Ring is easy. First, make sure your Cobb Weighted Shift Knob is clean. Then, simply place the O - ring around the base of the shift knob where the trim ring will sit. Next, slide the trim ring onto the shift knob until it's firmly in place, secured by the O - ring. As for maintenance, a gentle wipe with a soft, dry cloth every once in a while will keep it looking shiny. Avoid using abrasive cleaners as they can scratch the anodized finish. Remember, this trim ring is only compatible with Weighted COBB Knobs, so don't try to use it with other types of shift knobs.
