Using this steering wheel is easy. First, make sure your factory steering wheel is set completely straight. Since you'll be working with an airbag, unplug your battery. Release the airbag from the OEM steering wheel using the pins. Be careful with the clock spring so it doesn't unwind. Then, remove the OEM steering wheel. Transfer all the switches and trim to the new steering wheel. Install the new steering wheel in the same centered position as the one you removed. When driving, you don't want the steering wheel to be off - center. As for maintenance, clean it regularly with a soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they might damage the carbon fiber and leather. If you notice any manufacturing - related issues within a year, you can use the warranty for a fix.
