The billet aluminum bodies look great in any engine compartment and can be polished, chromed, or powder - coated for a personalized touch. Each separator comes with a billet aluminum clamp, and the bottom unscrews for easy oil removal. The kit includes stainless steel mounting brackets, 1/2' inlet and outlet fittings, and 3/8' and 1/2' diameter rubber hoses for inline plumbing of the air - oil separators. Using this Moroso air oil separator kit is easy. First, find a suitable spot in your engine compartment and use the stainless steel mounting brackets to secure the separators. Connect the 1/2' inlet and outlet fittings to the appropriate parts of your engine using the provided 3/8' and 1/2' diameter rubber hoses. The factory crankcase ventilation will then work as it should. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the collected oil in the separators. Unscrew the bottom part of the separator to remove the oil. Keep an eye on the billet aluminum bodies. If you've polished, chromed, or powder - coated them, clean them gently to maintain their look.
