Product Detail

Fitment Information: This timing belt fits 2002 - 2014 Subaru WRX, 2004 - 2021 Subaru STI, 2004 - 2013 Subaru Forester XT, and 2005 - 2012 Subaru Legacy GT. Features: The IAG Performance Racing Timing Belt is crafted for all Subaru EJ series engines. Its high - strength Kevlar construction, in a classic black color, is a top pick for your Subaru engine bay. Lightweight and using EPDM Rubber, it offers great durability and performance in all climates. The Kevlar is 300% stronger than the OEM Subaru timing belt and three times more heat - resistant. The belt teeth made of H - NBR grade rubber add extra strength. IAG tested this belt on their Spintron machine and racing vehicles, and it ensures accurate timing and outstanding performance. Color: Black. It's a direct OEM replacement. Please note: IAG's tests showed no fading or color transfer to timing components, but we can't guarantee it won't happen. Color transfer in other belts didn't harm operation.

Using this IAG racing timing belt is easy. Just replace your old OEM timing belt with this direct replacement. It's designed to fit specific Subaru models, so make sure your vehicle is in the fitment list. When it comes to maintenance, there's not much you need to do. But keep an eye on it during regular vehicle check - ups. If you notice any signs of wear, like fraying or cracking, it's time to replace the belt. Although IAG's tests showed no color transfer issues, it's still possible. If you see color transfer, don't worry right away as it might not affect the belt's operation. But if you're concerned, consult a professional mechanic.
