Using this oil change kit is easy. First, make sure your engine is cool. Then, locate the oil drain plug under your car and place an oil pan beneath it. Remove the drain plug and let the old oil drain out completely. After that, remove the old oil filter. Next, install the new Subaru OEM Oil Drain Plug Crush Gasket on the drain plug and put the plug back in place. Now, take the Mazda OEM High Capacity Oil Filter and apply a bit of the new Motul oil to the rubber gasket on the filter. Screw the new filter on. Finally, pour the Motul 5L Synthetic Engine Oil 8100 5W40 X - CESS Gen 2 into the engine. Check the oil level with the dipstick.
