Ideal for those who've upgraded to STI top - mount intercoolers, and it can work with some modified aftermarket intercoolers. It uses the stock intercooler mounting bracket for easy fitment. The chimney - like design allows hot air to escape through your factory or aftermarket hood scoop. Cooler air travels through the chimney, pushing warmer air out of the engine bay towards the ground. Crafted from 304 stainless steel, CAD - designed, CNC - pressed, and laser - cut before a black powder - coating finish. We provide a rubber gasket and hardware for quick installation.

Using this chimney duct is easy. First, gather the provided rubber gasket and hardware. Mount the duct using the stock intercooler mounting bracket. Make sure it fits snugly. When installing, ensure the outlet aligns with your factory or aftermarket hood scoop so hot air can escape properly. As for maintenance, regularly check the rubber gasket for wear and tear. If it shows signs of damage, replace it. Keep the duct clean by gently wiping it down with a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners as they can damage the black powder - coating finish. Also, make sure all the hardware is tightened periodically to prevent any rattling or movement while driving.
