Product Detail

Part #: 9 - 441 - C103 - 0903. The Deatschwerks DW440 brushless fuel pump is a compact powerhouse. Despite its small size, it offers an amazing flow rate. At a standard 13.8v battery voltage, it can flow 440LPH at 40PSI, supporting up to 1000hp on gas and 750hp on e85. If you need even more flow, the 40amp controller and brushless design make it perfect for use at voltages higher than the typical 13.8v. It has been endurance - tested at up to 24v. At a recommended max intermittent voltage of 20v, it flows 620LPH at 40psi. The C103 PWM modulated controller enables your DW440 to be fully controlled by your existing OE or aftermarket fuel pump control module's PWM signal. Key features include a compact size with only 4 inches from inlet to outlet, bulkhead wiring, and a venturi outlet. The package includes a 440lph in - tank brushless fuel pump, a PWM speed controller, and a 9 - 0903 install kit.

Using your Deatschwerks DW440 fuel pump is straightforward. First, install the pump using the included 9 - 0903 install kit following the standard installation procedures for your Subaru WRX (2002 - 2007) or Mazda Miata (1989 - 2005). Connect the PWM speed controller to your existing OE or aftermarket fuel pump control module using the PWM signal. When it comes to power, make sure to use the appropriate voltage. You can use the standard 13.8v battery voltage, but if you need more flow, you can go up to the recommended max intermittent voltage of 20v. Just be careful not to exceed the tested voltage of 24v. For maintenance, regularly check the wiring connections to ensure they are secure. Look out for any signs of wear on the pump or the controller. If you notice any issues with the flow rate or performance, it's a good idea to have it inspected by a professional. Keep the pump clean and free from debris to ensure its long - term performance.
