Note that a Short Ram intake like the TurboXS WS - INTAKE is required for installation. The kit includes a front mount intercooler core, an intercooler piping kit, 4 - ply silicone couplers, stainless steel T - bolt clamps, and a replacement radiator overflow bottle. The factory BOV can be used, and it has a built - in crash beam, but the BOV is not included.

Using the Turbo XS Front Mount Intercooler is straightforward. First, make sure you have a Short Ram intake like the TurboXS WS - INTAKE as it's required for installation. Follow the included instructions to attach the front mount intercooler core, intercooler piping kit, 4 - ply silicone couplers, and stainless steel T - bolt clamps. Replace the radiator overflow bottle with the one in the kit. When using your vehicle, the intercooler will automatically do its job of cooling the air. As for maintenance, regularly check the clamps to ensure they are tight. Inspect the intercooler core for any debris or damage. If you notice any issues, address them promptly. Also, keep in mind that the factory BOV can be used, but it's not included in the kit.
