It's a multi - piece shift knob with a Billet 6061 - T6 Aerospace Grade Billet Aluminum top and bottom. These parts go through a bright dip Type2 anodized finishing process, giving a durable and colorful finish. The pieces fit together smoothly for maximum hand comfort. The top has a recessed area for the included embossed aluminum medallion. The 304 Stainless Steel center section has a smooth machined finish and weighs 1.05lbs/476 grams. This provides great mechanical leverage for easy gear engagement and positive feedback. The logo or medallion badge is made of aluminum with an embossed logo, coated with a scratch - resistant layer and has a black background for a nice contrast.
