Using your Cobb shift knob is easy. Simply spin it onto your shifter until it fits tightly. There's no need for any tools. When you're driving, enjoy the smooth and comfortable gear changes it provides. As for maintenance, keep it clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth regularly. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they might damage the finish. If you want to change the lower collar, it's removable. Just take it off and put on the other color you prefer. During extremely cold or hot weather, the delrin upper part will keep your shifting experience comfortable, but be gentle when shifting to avoid any unnecessary stress on the knob.
