Part #: DD2016. It's time to level up your WRX or STi headlamps! These C - Light LED modules fit right behind the factory diffusing reflector. They shine in an incredibly bright white and a brilliant amber. Unlike other products on the market, these modules are designed from scratch and made in St. Louis, Missouri, to be the brightest physically possible. They're compatible with all factory headlamps of WRX Base/Premium, WRX Limited, and STi. The custom - designed LED modules replace the factory bulb or single LED, lighting up with much higher intensity. Thanks to our exclusive high - density 'HDLED' technology, over 500 LED chips are on these modules, coated with a diffusing gel. This gives a perfectly uniform light when on and a clean, OEM look when off. Made in the USA, the modules emit a pure 6000K white light, not the cool blue of cheaper products. And the amber light, using modern high - power chips, is even brighter than the white! Your order comes with two custom - designed drivers for efficient powering. They have transient voltage suppression, reverse protection, and a switching driver for long - term reliability. The embedded microcontroller in the drivers enables multi - stage PWM dimming. This allows for half - brightness white for night parking lights and full - power white for daytime DRLs. The amber turn signal runs at high power, visible in broad daylight. SPECIFICATIONS: Total LEDs: 524 (262 per side). Real LED Output Power: 13 watts Amber, 10 watts DRL, 5 watts parking (per side). Inputs: Plug - and - play connector for ground and parking light, T - taps for DRL and turn signal. NOTE: If you don't have spare butyl sealant, RetroRubber or other butyl sealant is a must. You can't reuse the OEM sealant. Stretch TRS RetroRubber to fit the headlight casing channel.

Then, if you want, tap into the turn signal and DRL signals. Soon, there'll be a plug - and - play wiring option for even easier setup. For installation, it's best to have a professional do it because you need to open the headlights. But these lamps are easier to handle compared to many others. You can watch the installation video when it's released. As for maintenance, since the modules are fully waterproof and shockproof, they can withstand normal wear and tear. Just check the wiring occasionally for any loose connections. And remember, if you don't have spare butyl sealant, get RetroRubber or other butyl sealant as the OEM sealant can't be reused.
