Product Detail

Torque Solution Thermal Turbo Blankets are super effective in safeguarding the components around your turbo. They block the heat from the hot back housing efficiently. These blankets are crafted with a protective wire mesh, insulated fiberglass layers, and an outer silicone/Fiberglass layer. The Subaru - specific blanket fits all OEM Subaru turbos and most small - frame externally gated turbos. Interior Surface: Max Temperature Rating is 2012 Deg F (1100 Deg C), and the Continuous Use Limit is 1832 Deg F (1000 Deg C). Exterior Surface: The Direct Contact Limit is 600 Deg F (316 Deg C), and the Radiant Heat Limit is 1100 Deg F (593 Deg C). Applications: Ideal for Subaru and small - frame externally gated turbos.

Using this turbo blanket is easy. Just fit it over your turbo. It's designed to fit all OEM Subaru turbos and most small - frame externally gated turbos. Make sure the blanket is properly secured so it can work effectively. When using, keep in mind the temperature limits. The interior surface has a max temperature rating of 2012 Deg F and a continuous use limit of 1832 Deg F. For the exterior surface, don't let it come in direct contact with things over 600 Deg F. To maintain it, check regularly for any signs of wear and tear. If it gets dirty, you can gently clean it with a soft brush and mild cleaner. This will help keep it in good shape and ensure it continues to protect your turbo components well.
