The FP Blue™ turbocharger for Subaru WRX/STI is a high - performance option. It features a 73mm HTZ™ compressor section. You can choose between a 58MM stock - looking cover or an 84MM Flow Advancement Port™ compressor cover, combined with an 8cm² turbine section. This combination offers the best balance of spool and power on this platform. The FP Blue™ can flow 57LB per minute and can produce over 475WHP. Internal gate Subaru turbos come with either a stock canister - style 15 PSI actuator or an upgrade to an 18 PSI TiAL MVI actuator, but the MVI actuator isn't available with the 84MM Flow Advancement Port™ compressor cover. An oil supply line and gasket set are included. The compressor wheel is 73HTZ, with a flow rating of 57LB per minute. Compressor and turbine wheel measurements are provided. The compressor housing has a 58MM stock - appearing cover, and the turbine housing is an FP 8CM Subaru Turbine Housing. It uses an FP Journal Bearing CHRA. Note that the 84MM cover requires TGV Delete to fit in the stock location. All Forced Performance turbochargers are custom - built to your exact specs and may not be in stock unless noted on the work order. Build times vary by model and options, so a delivery date can't be guaranteed.





Using the Forced Performance HTZ Blue Turbocharger is straightforward. First, make sure you have all the necessary tools. Install the turbocharger following the manufacturer's instructions. When choosing the compressor cover, if you pick the 84MM one, remember to do the TGV Delete to fit it in the stock location. For the internal gate, you can choose between the stock 15 PSI actuator or upgrade to the 18 PSI TiAL MVI actuator, but keep in mind the MVI isn't available with the 84MM cover. The oil supply line and gasket set are already included, so don't forget to connect them properly. As for maintenance, regularly check the oil level and the condition of the turbocharger. Since these turbochargers are custom - built, be patient with the build time as it varies. And always refer to the work order for any stock availability details. We can't guarantee a delivery date, so plan accordingly.
