Type 1 or Type 2
Type 1 uses vacuum - formed carbon, resulting in a thinner product with excellent carbon - resin fusion and 100% carbon fiber coverage. However, it has longer production times and higher costs (click here for type 1 model). Type 2 features overlaid carbon on a fiberglass / FRP shell, producing a rigid product. The mounting surface isn't covered in carbon, and it comes at a lower price and can be made faster (this spoiler).
Installation
First, clean the application area thoroughly to remove dust, debris, wax, and avoid freshly ceramic - coated surfaces. You can install this spoiler using 3M tape. The 3M tape requires an installation temperature of 70 - 80 degrees. It forms a solid bond after 24 hours and reaches full strength after 72 hours. Have someone help you test - fit the spoiler before the actual install. Mark the proper position, apply 3M to the spoiler, remove the ends of the backing tape, and expose enough to pull it out once the spoiler is in place. Then, reposition the spoiler correctly, remove all the backing tape, and press down firmly.

To install it, first, make sure the area where you'll attach the spoiler is clean. Get rid of any dust, debris, or wax, and don't try to install it on a freshly ceramic - coated surface. The 3M tape used for installation needs a temperature between 70 and 80 degrees.
