Planted Technology Seat Base Driver Side Subaru WRX / STI 2008-2014

Part #: PLA - SB020DR. Planted brackets are super strong! Crafted from 3/16 - inch steel, they have stronger and more durable welds. Unlike other brackets that can be bent by hand, Planted brackets won't bend or warp with heat. They're also very versatile. With predrilled slots, they fit sliders from major aftermarket seat brands like Sparco, Recaro, etc. There's extra material for direct mounting if you want to ditch the sliders. You may need a new seat belt bolt to install the factory seat belt with this base.

Using this seat base is easy. First, make sure your vehicle is a Subaru WRX or STI from 2008 - 2014. If you're using sliders, line them up with the predrilled slots on the base and secure them. If you don't want sliders, you can use the extra material for direct mounting. When installing the factory seat belt, check if you need a new seat belt bolt. As for maintenance, keep it clean and dry. Avoid exposing it to extreme heat for long periods, as this could potentially affect its performance over time.
