Product Detail

Part #: KSB03-HD-DXD-B. Drag racing demands a Single Mass SFI approved Flywheel in each kit when the original is Dual Mass. This system features a Heavy Duty Pressure Plate tailored for a puck - style disc. With no cushion between the linings, it offers a short and quick clutch pedal travel. The puck - designed disc cuts down rotational mass and total drive surface area. At the same time, it boosts pounds per square inch on the friction material surface. This combination minimizes inertia and speeds up torque transfer from the engine to the wheels. The friction material, Graphite Impregnated Ceramic, outperforms others in durability, reduced chatter, heat transfer, and torque capacity. Recommended for drag racing, drifting, and limited street use. Torque Rating (at crank): 495 Ft - Lb.

How to use: Install the clutch kit following the vehicle's manual or have a professional mechanic do it. Make sure all parts are properly connected. When driving, use the clutch pedal smoothly and avoid sudden releases. For drag racing and drifting, be prepared for the high - performance nature of the clutch. It responds quickly and can transfer a lot of torque. Things to note: This clutch kit is mainly for drag racing, drifting, and limited street use. Don't use it for normal daily commuting extensively as it may wear out faster. If you notice any unusual noises or vibrations while using the clutch, stop driving and check the system. Maintenance advice: Regularly inspect the clutch for signs of wear. Check the friction material for any damage. Keep the clutch clean and free from dirt and debris. If you're in a dusty environment, clean it more often. Have the clutch system checked by a professional at least once a year to ensure it's in good working condition.
