Radium Engineering Subaru STi 08-21 WRX 08-14 Air Oil Separator-Heated

Part number: rad20 - 0607. High - performance modified Subaru engines often produce too much blow - by oil and gases. An ordinary small catch can may not handle this well and fill up quickly. The Radium Engineering AOS (Air Oil Separator) kit, similar to the Dual Catch Can Kit, keeps blow - by oil and other pollutants away from the intake pipe, manifold, turbocharger, and intercooler under all engine loads. The key difference is that the AOS - 'R' system returns the collected substances back to the oil pan, so no servicing is needed. It has a built - in heater to stop water from condensing. There's an integrated water trap at the bottom of the can. This stops water from getting into the oil pan. Also, since the water is trapped near the heater, it will boil and evaporate out of the system. The AOS is made of three CNC - machined sections that screw together and are sealed with O - rings.

Using this AOS is straightforward. Just install it following the provided instructions in your Subaru STi 2008 - 2021 or WRX 2008 - 2014. The AOS will automatically keep blow - by oil and pollutants out of important engine parts. You don't need to worry about servicing as it returns the collected stuff back to the oil pan. As for maintenance, keep an eye on the water trap. If you notice a lot of water, let the engine run for a while so the heater can evaporate the water.
