Product Detail

This Blouch TD05H-16GXT turbocharger is a perfect fit for 2002 - 2007 Subaru WRX and 2004 - 2021 Subaru STI models. It features a new aero design with a Blouch 41 lb/min fully machined billet XT compressor in a TD05 compressor housing. Paired with a custom high - flow low - inertia TD05H turbine in an 8 square centimeter nozzle area turbine housing, it offers quick response. This turbocharger is a direct bolt - on upgrade. It comes fully assembled with coolant pipes and a turbo oil drain tube already installed. You won't need to modify the intake, exhaust, oil, and coolant connections during installation. Key features include a 410HP horsepower rating, an 8 square centimeter nozzle area turbine housing, a standard wastegate actuator calibrated at 18 PSI, an internal wastegate actuator, a ceramic - coated turbine housing, new downpipe and up pipe gaskets, and it's ready to be directly bolted on.

Using this turbocharger is quite straightforward. First, make sure your vehicle is a 2002 - 2007 Subaru WRX or a 2004 - 2021 Subaru STI. Since it's a direct bolt - on upgrade, you can install it without modifying the intake, exhaust, oil, and coolant connections. Just carefully attach it following the standard installation process. As for maintenance, check the coolant pipes and turbo oil drain tube regularly to ensure there are no leaks. Also, keep an eye on the wastegate actuator. If you notice any drop in performance or strange noises, it might be time to have it inspected. And remember, always use high - quality oil to keep the turbocharger running smoothly.
